Her 15 years as a high profile concierge agent provided the foundation for her extensive customer service skills. Being involved in the lifestyle of multi-millionaires, celebrities and professional athletes fueled her desire to become an entrepreneur. With a strong focus on psychology in college, she perfected her understanding of what it takes to satisfy the demands of high profile clientele.
